Cello rock is a genre of music too often overlooked. Because the cello is a classical instrument, most cannot envision it being used to a genre as dark or fast-paced as metal is typically characterized. Apocalyptica is a band who has made this combination not only work, but flourish. Some of their songs off of Worlds Collide made it onto the radio when it first came out. However, I believe their instrumental pieces are their best and are grossly overlooked. So here is one.
